At Fatboy Bikes, we want you to be fully satisfied with your ride. If your gear isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange unused items within 30 days of delivery provided they are in their original packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack your bike or accessories in the original factory box including all manuals, tools, and components to ensure safe transit.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the condition of the returned items, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
